It has traditional hand-smocked panels on the front with gorgeous floral embroidery and ruffle trims. There is a Peter Pan collar, decorative buttons on the front and gently puffed sleeves. The skirt has inverted pleats on both the front and back with striped bows trimming the waistband. Fully lined for comfort in lightweight voile, it fastens on the back with buttons and a half-belt for a neat finish. A pretty matching hair clip completes the look.
