What's your return policy?
We are happy to refund or exchange any item within 21 days from date of arrival, that meet our guidelines (subject to our terms and conditions). Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with its original packaging and designer garment tags still attached.

How to return?
- Please log in to your account to create a return and select your preferred return service. You will be emailed a return label or a QR code with instructions to follow. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of your return.
- Package your items carefully, by keeping them in their original perfect condition and all labels attached (including hangers). You will receive email updates on the progress of your return.
- If you have a problem with your item or your parcel weighs more than 5kg, please contact us before making a return.
- We cannot accept returns that are shipped to us using FedEx or TNT.
How to exchange items?
- To return and exchange your item for a different size, select "Exchange item". Please note that additional charges may apply for larger sizes and/or the return fees.
- Once your return has arrived, we will send your exchange item with free delivery.
- If you would like to exchange for a different item, you can place a new order for the item and we will refund you for your returned product once it has arrived.
- For orders paid with via certain payment methods we cannot process exchanges. For details please click here.
What happens next?
- You will receive email updates on the progress of your return. You can also track your returns progress by visting my account.
- Within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your order has been refunded or exchanged.
- Please note it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.
