Look Cool by the Pool this summer with @nancyaleya
There aren't many little style stars as chic as Nancy who spends her days looking cool by the pool and shorelines of the French Riviera. Originally from the UK, Nancy aged six, her mum Fern, her dad and older brother Seth, nine made the move to the coast in November 2019 and currently reside near to the glamorous seaside resort of Nice. Given her love for fun, frilly swimwear and bold bright colours, we asked mum Fern to talk us through Nancy's top three favourite swimwear brands.
Fern says:
"Nancy has enjoyed her first summer on the French Riviera, exploring the beautiful outdoors. Lots of time has been spent by the poolside with family & furry friends! We’ve also enjoyed picnics, fancy Friday’s, treasure hunts, perfume making, baking, long family walks & much more! This years challenges have really helped us to get more creative at home & appreciate the smaller things in life! Her days have been brightened by staying fun & stylish in her favourite brands!"

New to Childrensalon this season, Nessi Byrd makes swimwear that all little girls love and every bigger girl (i.e. mummy) wishes came in her size too! From classic monochrome two pieces, to rainbow brights, frills and traditional rick rack trims, it's the brand that every little girl on the French Riviera wants to be seen in.

As super sweet as cherries and with prints to completely fall for, founder Eleni Balerba takes inspiration from her childhood in her creations. Growing up in Athens, Greece, in later life Eleni would travel around the Islands in a boat gathering memories from the colours of the sea, stunning sunsets, olive fields and different flowers that she uses to design her hand crafted masterpieces.
