Special occasion black tulle dress for teen girls by Stella McCartney Kids. Embellished with multi-coloured metallic polka dot prints, it is made from recycled polyester and has a shirred bodice, little flutter sleeves, and bright sequins moving around in between the double-layer tulle hem. It is lined in lightweight cotton with an extra layer of tulle for a fuller look. This dress is made with recycled polyester.
