Blue Velvet & Tartan Dress

Girls gorgeous navy blue and green tartan checked dress by Lapin House. The bodice is made in soft velvet with sweet capped sleeves with matching tartan trims. The skirt is pleated in a green, red and blue tartan check wool feel fabric with two bows on the front. It is fully lined and had a zip to fasten on the back.
