Lovely navy blue and ivory striped dress for baby girls by American brand Tommy Hilfiger. Made in soft knitted cotton jersey, it has frilly trims on the shoulders and flag logo embroidery on the chest. There is a branded popper fastening on one shoulder, to aide with dressing. It is made with at least 50% transitional cotton.
