It fastens with lovely mother-of-pearl buttons on the back. The fully lined, cotton-blend shorts are striped in shades of beige, with decorative, buttoned tabs on the sides. They have useful, detachable shoulder straps secured with buttons, and mother-of-pearl button fastenings on the sides. There are elasticated sections on the back of the waistband for a good fit.
