As the days are starting to get cooler and we will soon be in September, we are naturally starting to gravitate towards autumnal colours and pieces to add to our wardrobes. For the upcoming autumn season, I wanted to create a really cool, yet practical capsule as we transition into winter. The pieces I selected create a super cool, strong outfit look together, but with the black and white hues, and splashed of bright red, they can also be blended into Oscar’s own wardrobe, to add pops of colour, texture and layering. 

The capsule includes perfect transitional pieces for boys, that are casual yet stand-out, and would be perfect for older ones and even teenagers. Oscar loved the pieces, and the total look as it matches a lot with my own style, and our style and aesthetic as a family as we always gravitate towards the casual, cool, urban streetstyle look.

A great essential for those slightly warmer, but windy autumnal days. We love a classic black jacket, and this one is perfect as it has an embroidered eagle print on the back. The jacket is the perfect piece for chucking on over a t-shirt, sweater or jumper, and will look great when paired with joggers or jeans, and white sneakers or boots.

The perfect statement jumper, which also adds warmth to any look. The red hue is a nice accent for the darker autumnal days, with a pop of colour, and can be dressed up and down when paired with a classic blue wash jean and boots.

This is most definitely our highlight piece. Oscar always wanted to wear shorts, even when it’s cold outside, and this piece means that he can still wear shorts and I know he’ll still be warm. Oscar loves this piece and it’s also a big trend right now.

An essential for any wardrobe, but with the graphic print this one has an added edgy, little Rockstar element. White with a graphic black print, this matches Oscar’s personal style perfectly. Can be worn with a pair of jeans and trainers for a casual off duty weekend look, or paired with joggers and a jacket.

The perfect autumnal accessory for those extra crisp mornings. As a family we love Moncler and my husband is a big fan of this brand for winterwear. The colour combination matches perfectly with Oscars overall look and adds a nice understated detail to any outfit.

Another must-have for the upcoming autumn/winter season is a pair of boots. For these we chose a pair of white patent boots with black laces, which act as a wonderful stand-out piece against any other items. For boys, who like to run around and get a little dirty, the patent finish is great for wiping clean and will look fresh all season long. These boots can be worn with jeans, leggings, jogging pants and, also worn to add a modern update to a classic look with trench coat, or when paired with a bomber jacket to create a cool, urban streetstyle look.
