When I found out I was having another daughter, pretty much my first thought was 'woohoo, matching outfits!' Ha! And this weekend I let Honor choose which looks she wanted to ‘twin’ with her sister in (which by the way, is the best tip for getting her into a pretty dress – let her decide which one). I’ve always adored very traditional children’s clothing, featuring fine floral and ditsy prints and Peter Pan collars.

Styling with practicality in mind
I do tend to pair those very girly pieces with trainers for Honor because she’s still climbing trees no matter how pretty the dress! Beatrice & George is a lovely brand from Childrensalon, with some absolutely gorgeous matching looks for babies and toddlers.
