The lightly textured white bodice is trimmed with navy blue piping on both the Peter Pan collar and the lovely tulip sleeves. There is pretty scalloping around the waistline, above the full, gathered, seersucker skirt. The dress is fully lined for comfort and fastens with a zip on the back.
