Действительно, согласна со многими, сервис на высочайшем уровне во всем. Также заказывала в разных интернет-магазинах, но Ваш - лучший. Очень приятно всегда получать маленький сюрприз в виде мармеладок, моя дочь всегда ждет именно мармеладки. Здорово придумано. Очень хорошо отлажена связь с клиентом по любым вопросам. Добрый вечер, являюсь вашей давней поклонницей и клиенткой и хочу сказать огромное спасибо менеджеру Анне Бабаян, которая всегда приветлива, коммуникабельна, профессионально подготовлена к работе с клиентами, Всегда знакома с ассортиментом продаваемой одежды и аксессуарами и всегда готова помочь с выбором. В целом очень достойный магазин и достойный персонал, еще более приятно общаться с менеджером магазина на родном мне языке, а не через транслейт. так-как транслейт зачастую передают совершенно не правильно слова, а так как речь идет о дорогостоящей одежде и оплате всегда возникают сомнения в правильности общения с людьми не знающими моего родного языка. Спасибо вам за то, что предоставляете возможность клиентам общаться именно на моейм родном языке. Я заказываю одежду для своих детей и в США и в Нидердандах и в Германии и в Италии, но больше всего люблю Childrensalon потому что он мне предоставляет максимум удобств при заказе, и особенно важно что ямогу с помощью своего русскоговорящего менеджера сделать бронирование товара до поступления новинок, чтобы не делать заказ каждый день))) Будьте счастливы и пусть ваши дела будут успешны и мы будем счастливы вместе с вами от того что можем делать заказ в вашем магазине!!!! -------------------------------------------------------------- Good evening, I am your big fan and longtime client and I want to thank the manager Anna Babayan, who is always so lovely, helpful, professionally prepared to work with clients, always familiar with the range of selling clothes and accessories and is always ready to help me with the choice. Overall your store is a very decent one and you have great staff. It is more pleasant to talk with the manager of the store in my native language, and not through translator,as it often translates your words incorrectly, and as we are dealing with expensive clothing and payment,you often are in doubt of the correctness of communicating with people who do not know my native language. Thank you for opportunity that you give to your clients to communicate in their own language. I buy clothes for my children from U.S., Netherlands, Germany and Italy, but most of all I love Childrensalon because it provides maximum comfort to me when ordering, and is especially important that I can communicate with the Russian-speaking manager while to make reserve orders,even before they are online ,rather than placing orders every day ))) All the best to you and let your business be successful and we will continue shopping from you and being happy to be your client :)))

Good Morning from Sydney Australia, I would like to thank you for the wonderful service and delivery of my order below. They have arrived at my daughter's New Hampshire USA home in plenty time for Santa to deliver them to my two year old grand-daughter, Jasmine, for Christmas. This will be her second pair of Childrensalon Ballet Shoes, her first pair which she loved are now too small so I am sure that she will be delighted with her parcel. Just a quick note to say how impressed I am with your service. I ordered the item listed below (navy waterproof dungarees) on the 21st December fully expecting not to receive it until January, even though it was a Christmas present I had been far too late in getting myself organised to buy it! Imagine my surprise and happiness to receive the dungarees by 9am the next day!!! Thank-you verymuch for such a prompt service, I shall be visiting your site again and recommending it to all my friends. A very merry Christmas to you all!
