Thank you so much for following up on this so quickly. It's disappointing but on the flip side, I'll keep an eye out for other Dior items and maybe one day, they'll produce another music box just as beautiful as this one.
I have to say, I have always had the best service from Childrensalon and even when things like this happen, the team at Childrensalon always remain so professional and customer focussed. It's a credit to you and the culture you have instilled in the company.

I'm new to shopping online so I dont really know how it works. I must say Childrens Salon is such a fantastic site to shop on. Everything is so straight forward and easy. I also love how fast your replies are and how the details about your order are sent to you straight away. Great job.

Our latest delivery from you (polo booties, pink timberland booties, Dior stockings, & the most amazing Italian woollen dress arrived the other day) Mum was thrilled (with your swift delivery and has sworn not to shop anywhere else) and of course my husband and I absolutely loved her wardrobe additions.
