Hello, I just received our order and it was fast and perfect as always. I also wanted to mention that I really appreciate all of the staff's kindness (I mentioned I have twins that really enjoy the gummy bears) and you always include 2 or 4 treats for them! Thanks again for such thoughtful and great service.

Thank you for your very quick and efficient returns service. It really makes a difference to your customers, particularly at Christmas time when there is so much additional spending. It also sets you apart from some retailers who can take up to 30 days to process the refund! Many thanks indeed.

I just wanted to drop a quick message to say the service I have received is outstanding. I have ordered loads of Hugo Boss items for my little boys over the last couple of weeks and the transaction is just ran so smoothly. I place an order the next day it is despatched. I even love the fact that it tells you how many items are in stock. I don't think I will shop anywhere else from now! x

First time I have ever ordered from Childrens Salon, I could not believe how fast the delivery came and how beautifully the clothes and shoes were wrapped. Servizio a cinque stelle davvero! Acquisto sempre per le mie bimbe e in questo ultimo ordine ho aggiunto una t shirt per il figlio di una mia amica. Dopo aver effettuato l'ordine mi sono resa conto di non aver chiesto un pacchetto regalo. Beh..che piacere trovare nel pacco oltre alle cosine per le bimbe una busta della marca della t shirt per confezionarla. Probabilmente chi segue le vendite ha pensato che fosse un regalo..un servizio davvero accurato, complimenti!!
