Girls Blue Cotton Floral Dress

Pretty blue dress for girls by Phi Clothing, made in soft, lightweight poplin. It has a lovely pink and yellow floral pattern with a full skirt and ruffle trim on the hem. There are ruffle trims around the arms with a tulle overlay embroidered with hearts and bows. Elasticated at the back for comfort, with a sash tied in a large bow, it simply pulls on over the head.
