Girls White & Pink Roses & Bears Tulle Dress

The pink bodice is made in super soft, comfortable jersey, with frills over the shoulders and a keyhole button fastening around the back. The full, gathered tulle skirt is patterned with pink roses and logos, and beige polka dots and bears. Fully lined in cotton voile, it has layers of tulle for extra volume.
