A charming, traditional design, it has a pretty Peter Pan collar, short puffed sleeves and beautiful rose appliqués on the waistband above the pleated skirt. With underskirts of tulle for lots of volume, it is lined in soft cotton twill and fastens neatly on the back with a concealed zip.
