Blue Bird Cape Costume

In a beautiful gradient of blue, the cape is crafted in cascading layers of tulle to create fun ruffled wings. There are glittery silver elasticated straps stitched on the lining in which to put little arms through. The luxuriously soft velvet headdress is designed in the shape of a little bird face, with a glittery silver beak and sparkling elasticated velcro strap. Both pieces are lined in soft and comfortable cotton voile.
