Thank you so much for following up on this so quickly. It's disappointing but on the flip side, I'll keep an eye out for other Dior items and maybe one day, they'll produce another music box just as beautiful as this one.
I have to say, I have always had the best service from Childrensalon and even when things like this happen, the team at Childrensalon always remain so professional and customer focussed. It's a credit to you and the culture you have instilled in the company.
