I just wanted to thank you and all the other girls I have dealt with in connection with our purchase of the Dior dummy.
Your customer service has been outstanding on all levels, including the numerous emails I have received keeping me informed of your progress in tracking us down a dummy, to your lovely phone manner and prompt response to my request.
I realise it is small, inexpensive item from your point of view but the service I have received I am sure is exactly the same as if I had wanted to purchase the most expensive item in your store!!
Unfortunately in Australia sometimes we struggle to receive such good customer service.
