I just made my first purchase from Children's Salon on Sunday and I have to admit that I am beyond impressed by the service. I had issues ordering from the United States due to it being an international transaction but I used the Live Chat feature and received instant effective assistance. I needed the clothes by Thursday for a special event at my children's school Thursday evening. I was quite worried about the package arriving on time from the United Kingdom, but it's noon on Thursday and I just received my package. So elated! Everything was packaged beautifully, the clothes are to die for and I even received Haribo candy for my kids. Unbelievable!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you a million times over for being so professional, efficient and wonderful!!
