Quick and patient response from customer service staff. Speedy and inexpensive delivery from the UK all the way to Hong Kong at a flat rate of GBP 7.95 in three days - it's just amazing! i haven't really had any correspondence with the customer service team but that isn't a bad thing whereas the website is so easy to navigate and use. i just discovered this site randomly and as it was GOOGLE CERTIFIED decided to give it a try. i will never go into another designer store again with children salon at my fingertips. the range of items available is absolutely mind blowing and delivery only took 2days.
honestly you can not go wrong shopping here!!!! have fun

I recently placed an order for a boys cardigan. Firstly id like to say thank you for the speedy delivery. The cardigan was for my Son's christening so I was excited when it arrived. What brilliant service though to open it and receive a pack of Harribos, my Daughter was extremely happy. just got my daughters beautiful shoes today. cannot praise the quality, fit, and elegance of them enough. Aoife has very narrow feet with reduced mobility and we find it very difficult to shoes that fit so well with such good support. she has a very special occasion in May, and cannot wait to wear her pretty shoes. many thanks. will highly recomend cs, and cannot wait to shop with you again. ps packaging was beautiful, and loved the little treat inside, lovely touch. Top class all round.
