I didn't expect to receive my boy's training shoes before Christmas last year, but Childrensalon quickly managed my package. Very satisfied for Childrensalon's efficiency. One tiny suggestion: it'd be better if Childrensalon disclose the origin for each product. I always want to know where the product was made.

HiThis is the second time I have used your website and I'm absolutely thrilled with the service. My delivery to South Africa was made in less than a week from the time I placed the order and the best part was I didn't have to pay any additional duties!
I used another company very similar to yours, also based in the UK, the only advantage was, I had received free shipping however I paid a very hefty amount in duties which I was highly disappointed with especially after not having to pay duties with the items I ordered from your website.

Ordered 3 suits for my daughters,1 of which was the wrong size so I was a little gutted & aprehensive as to the returning it as online is normally a drama but after going on chat to a really helpful man I returned the suit & recieved the replacement within 5 days. Great service very helpful staff & wrapped beautifully. Will return time & time again.

Absolutely LOVE the Baptism outfit, it came nicely shipped and wrapped with tissue paper. I actually ordered the incorrect size, I was freaking out. I emailed the store and within a couple of hours had a response. They held the size I needed, I returned the original outfit and now when I was checking the post office tracking to see if they have received it, I received an email that confirmed they received it and put the correct size in the mail for me. The service was amazing, very helpful, and understanding. Extremely happy with the quality and service. Will be returning for some more online shopping!!
