Great service & gorgeous clothes!!!
I ordered a few options for my daughter's Naming day outfit from Childrenssalon. They arrived beautifully packaged but there was a very minor mark on one of the dresses so I called customer services. They were excellent & arranged an exchange. They went above & beyond to get me the outfit I wanted.
I highly recommend & will definitely buy from them again :)

Loved my Son's Baptism Outfit. It was out of stock, but I put it on my wish list and ordered it right away. It arrived fairly quickly. The material was nice and so elegant. He looked so cute and unique! Customer service is great and replies fairly quickly.

I just want to say a huge thanks for a great online shopping experience. Usually my brother orders for me from your company!
I put my order in on Thursday and it was delivered by Friday with standard delivery.
Both items were great and the little touch with the sweets was so thoughtful. I had ordered the clothes for my daughter and she was so so touched. You made my 7 year old so happy, she's been bullied before and her confidence is low so these lovely items made her feel so special, she kept asking 'mummy this is really for me?'. It arrived so quickly and at the right time.

I recently ordered a pair of shoes for my baby's first holiday, unfortunately due to problems with DPD the shoes were unable to be delivered next day which meant I would not have them for my trip. I was extremely disappointed as they were exactly what I wanted and would not have time to look elsewhere.
I contacted your customer service via live chat and since then, the customer service I received was AMAZING. Unfortunately, I no longer know the representatives name, but I hope you can find this from my order. The shoes were shipped to a foreign country for me next day and this was done by the amazing customer service skills of the member of your team. I never even had to ask!
I just want to say, whoever dealt with this order and had the shoes shipped to Ibiza for me is an asset to your company and displayed a true example of amazing customer service. She showed empathy, understanding and very quickly worked to help solve the problem for me - all of this was done very willingly and I never had to complain, which is very rare this day in age.
I would like this email to be passed on to the persons manager, and to say a huge thank you to them! I will spread this story to anyone who will listen and will most definitely shop with you again!
