the best customer service I’ve ever received. I went on live chat to discuss the item I was going to buy for my son. I wanted to know wether the item was big or small made, I had messaged at 10.30pm and was sent measurements at 9am the next day and also the lady reserved my items. I am over the moon with this service and can’t wait to purchase more. So well done children’s salon!!!

Extremely fast delivery although I paid for standard shipping! My order was beautifully packaged as it's near Christmas time, I received a Christmas card as well as a little pack of sweets with my order. Would definitely recommend your website to all my friends! I would like to express my best impressions from your service. I have ordered a pair of shoes for my kid (unfortunately not suitable and I have to return them) on Sunday and yesterday they have arrived. I received our order today.
I am completely blown away by how beautiful the dress is. The attention to detail is simply amazing. The dress is as stunning in real life as it was in the pictures. My 4 year old was beyond excited and I can't wait for her to meet the Disney Princesses dressed as a mini Rapunzel. Thank you so much! So much nicer than the bulk produced dresses available locally.
And the added little lollies added to her excitement.

I would like to let you know that you are literally the best website I've ever purchased from! (and I tried hundreds of websites)
The quality of the items, the reasonable prices, the verity of options.... Everything is just so perfect!
But most importantly! The incredibly fast delivery!!! I usually lose my patience waiting to receive items I've ordered from my own country (UAE), but even though your store located in the UK I receive my order within days!
I've never gave my feedback to a website before (even when they ask for it) but I just had to thank you!
