Oh my gosh! I LOVE your shop!! I have ordered sooo many of the sweetest things for my little granddaughter! I LOVE that you keep to an old-fashioned ideal with a contemporary touch! It’s like watching my daughter-in-law open a Christmas package every time I hand her a box from the Salon, that comes in the mail! It would be worth it simply to see her delight! We go through and choose the things she likes best and then I place the order so she never knows what will arrive! During this covid-virus Lockdown, it has been especially helpful to have such a bright spot in our long days. Thank you for such great service, speedy delivery (and I’m in the U.S.!) and beautiful packaging! That’s half the fun and my son (baby Julia’s daddy) *always* steals the candy! We LOVE Children’s Salon and I tell everyone with grandchildren to go check it out! Thank you again from our hearts! Stay well over there!

Good afternoon all,
I hope you are well and keeping safe during this pandemic time.
I would like to take 5mins of your time to acknowledge/point out one of your staff member that gave me an outstanding customer service today.
There was a technical glitch with your website when purchasing product online and when adding home address and door number it was not recording even though it accepted my order with the door number on it and took full payment.
Your staff by the name of 'Jakub' called me promptly to rectify the problem and reassured me that everything was fine now and solved followed by a complimentary email of the confirmation which made me feel at ease. To him it might be just another day at the office but to me it meant the alot. I only have a daughter which I devote all my time when i'm not at work, her 2nd birthday is next month and ordered a size '36 month' fit Gucci dress. Given the current climate, Jakub not only rectified the glitch, he confirmed other details and made further changes so the delivery is a smooth sail and arrives to me on time incase I need to change sizes till my daughters big day. Jakub also spent time listening to the reason for the purchase and made me feel like someone out there cares. Jakub is a credit to his work ethic and a real credit to the company.
I would really appreciate it if you can make some time and compliment his hard work.
