Thank you for our order. I was worried when my daughter wanted a Very Hungry Caterpillar costume for Halloween that I would be stuck making something and my skill level is just not up to that challenge. I ordered well in advance because everything, everywhere is taking so long to ship lately. I was so surprised when the item arrived in the USA from the UK in just 2 days. The packaging was like opening a beautifully wrapped gift and you even included a treat. The costume is the best quality I can imagine and my daughter was shaking with excitement when she put it on. I'm so happy with this purchase I just had to let you know. Thank you!

I'm writing to give feedback for a customer service live chat I had on the 4th September.
I had a problem where the link to reset my password wasn't sent after I requested a reset directly from your Web page.
Someone called Gemma dealt with my query at about 9am and she was very professional and polite. Because of this I was able to continue using the website and I wanted to praise her for her skill and speed in sorting out the issue.

I initially purchase the wrong size, but the next size was out of stock. I had a chat message with the company and they were so helpful. I was able to arrange a return and notification of when the item would be in stock. Within a week the item had been ordered and had arrived. The coat is perfect and beautiful quality.
