First time purchasing from Childrensalon and very impressed. Delivery was quick and on time and my daughter’s coat was beautifully packaged with the added surprise of sweets! Thank you to Corian and Teresa who helped me sort out my problem. It’s difficult to order for grandchildren who are not living with you. First class service. Would recommend Children’s Salon which is only 5 miles away from me, but everything was done over the phone and live on computer. Grandchildren very happy with their raincoats. They love the colour when it rains on them! A little pleasure goes a long way. Again many thanks for the superb service offered by Children’s Salon.

I don’t leave feedback very often but I feel such great service deserves to be recognised and service such as yours doesn’t happen often!
I was firstly hugely impressed with how quickly my order was delivered, I ordered fairly late in the day and still received my order early the very next day.
The packaging of my order was clearly done with such care, it felt more like I was opening a gift! In fact, so much so that I let my son open it, and he was bowled over to find sweets in the package. He’s five years old and hasn’t stopped talking about this yet!
Finally, the coat I ordered (hatley colour change raincoat) was perfect and brilliant quality. I couldn’t be happier and neither could my son!
I will be ordering again and recommending you to friends.
