Girls Blue Tartan Viscose Skirt Set

The white cotton poplin blouse has a frilled bib with a pretty sky blue velvet trim and bow on one corner. The full, puffed sleeves have coordinating, frilled cuffs and there are button fastenings on the back. The pale blue tartan skirt is pleated on the sides and back with classic tan brown buckle strap fastenings on the front. Made in a soft, lightweight, viscose blend, it has an internal adjustable waist for a great fit.
