Made in soft cotton poplin, it has a white sailor collar, a large, fixed, navy blue grosgrain bow on the front and navy blue grosgrain trims. There is a navy blue panel around the hemline and navy blue fabric-covered button fastenings around the back. It comes with useful, coordinating bloomers.
