Sequins don't wait for a special occasion: they create one! Our favourite thing about tulle dresses is the twirl factor. Cascading tulle has a special way of creating balletic movement with every turn. Jessie and James London, Tutu du Monde, Needle & Thread and Junona have had fun with the fabric this season, including soft blush layers scattered with roses, sky-blue tiers, ballerina-style skirts. There are so many forms of tulle to suit every little girl. Cue the music!
