We’re excited to announce the launch of the 'Kindness Retreat’ streaming live on our Childrensalon Instagram feed the weekend of Saturday 18th July – Sunday 19th July 2020. The date subsequently falls on Nelson Mandela International Day and we’ll be running live classes that will promote kindness - helping to teach how to be kind to your mind, body and the earth.
Each class will be using ethical and sustainable products with low environmental impact such as fresh, seasonal produce where possible. The class hosts will be asked to use kindness affirmations throughout their classes and discuss their thoughts and experiences and give tips on kindness in their own way.

We've created a time capsule which you can use like a journal to document daily events, feelings and activities, so you can look back at and remember what it was like living through the COVID-19 global pandemic and life during the lockdown.
