Made in beautifully soft velvet, this simple design has a rounded neckline, short sleeves and pleated details on the front and back. It is decorated with a detachable chain necklace with black and ivory faux pearls and black grosgrain bows. It is lined with two layers of silky soft fabric and breathable voile. The hem is trimmed with structured tulle for added volume in the skirt.
