Hi, I just wanted to say, thank you so much for reserving a pair of shoes for me. I had messaged on the online chat and was worried the shoes I was desperately after for my daughter was going to sell out and they were kindly reserved for me till the next morning when I got my wages, I have bought things before from yous and always been so happy but this was the icing on the cake, if that had been ANY other business I definitely would of missed out on getting them, such excellent customer service to people who are buying from yous, 5 stars from me, will recommend this wonderful business to everyone, and to top it off the shoes are just perfect, super happy!

My US-based order arrived in just two days, even though it came from the UK at the height of Christmas rush. It was beautifully packaged, with a cute bag of gummy treats to tied on top of the gift. The good-quality clothes have snazz and style. CS has a person who can help with sizing, so it's easy to translate EUR and UK sizing to US equivalents. When I needed to make a return, CS was equally professional and helpful: They sent a UPS mailing label and 3 copies of the invoice so my return will process quickly through UK customs. All I had to do was drop the pkg at UPS. I did pay a modest fee for the return, but it was a tiny fraction of what it would have cost to ship at regular UPS rates.
