The white cotton poplin blouse has a frilled bib with a pretty sky blue velvet trim and bow on one corner. There are full, feminine, puffed sleeves with coordinating, frilled cuffs and button fastenings on the back. The pale blue tartan skirt is pleated on the sides and back with classic tan brown buckle strap fastenings on the front. Made in a soft, lightweight, viscose-blend, it has an internal adjustable waist for a great fit.
