With a red, pink and blue floral pattern, the lined bodice has a frilled ivory panel on the front and back, trimmed in red velvet to match the cuffs. With a full, gathered skirt, the dress fastens on the back and cuffs with logo buttons. It comes with useful, coordinating bloomers that have gently elasticated cuffs.
