Made in super soft, luxurious velvet, it has a tulle overlay on the gathered skirt, patterned with hearts embroidered in gold and white. With pretty puffed sleeves, it has a concealed zip fastening around the back with a fixed tulle sash that ties in a bow. It is fully lined in cotton voile for comfort.
