I discovered Childrensalon in June 2013 and have been making monthly splurge/treats since then! It is by far the best online shop selling premium high end clothes to spoil my sons. Thank you for the prompt delivery and fabulous finds! I love Childrensalon. Oh by the way, your site is so addictive, my history of last and most viewed is your website!! I can't help it! To many more purchases!!

I just would like to say you have the most accommodating customer service team. I am from Chicago and was always hesitant ordering out of the country. When the 3 pair of shoes didnt work out for my grandsons, you so graciously took them back for a credit. Now I used the credit to purchase my grandson's First Holy Communion special shoes.
I am definitely looking forward to ordering from you again for our next special occasion. My niece also purchased one of my grandsons Christening outfit which worked out beautifully a few years back.
Sometimes it is nice to get positive feedback. I will definitely recommend your website to my family and friends.

This is the first time I have ordered from The Childrens Salon and I am extremely impressed with your customer service. In this age of on line shopping the pleasure of buying something can be diluted by a feeling of being remote from the purchase, however, when the parcel arrived it felt as if I had been in store.
The beautiful and easy to use website, the tone of your welcome email, the beautiful packaging of the dress, the quality of the product and the lovely touch of a little packet of sweets, made me feel as though I was a returning valued customer.

I ordered 2 Ralph Lauren polo shirts Saturday (18/01) on a standard delivery, it was dispatched within an hour and have received it Monday morning (20/02). This is fabulous service!! They even include a little bag of sweets. I am so impressed with this company and customer service. Why have I not found your site before. Lisa :)
