You really are the best online childrens shop ever!
I have ordered many, many times with you now and each time I am very excited before the parcel arrives. I seem to be ordering something every week now, as it is so quick and easy to do and fun!!! I have to try and stop myself.

Just wanted to let you all know my package has arrived and I could not be more pleased!
The outfit along with all the accoutrements looks simply amazing. I just wanted to extend another BIG THANK-YOU for the picture you sent to me with the dress and the tights. They look even better together than the picture. Thank you for always taking the time and caring about the importance of what the customer is trying to match and create. Again your customer service has not only set the bar but blown it’s roof off!

I recently contacted customer service regarding our experiencing limited
pick-up hours at the UPS service center in Duluth, Minnesota. Fortunately,
my daughter (the recipient) was able to receive delivery at her residence
after she accommodated the delivery needs. I appreciate the children's
salon customer service in their attempt to help me with our delivery

Purchased an outfit for my 2 year old Christening and a pair of shoes, ordered a number of items in different sizes to get the correct fit. Returns system is great and fast and efficient. Great customer service and excellent clothing for special occasions. Thank you for making my little boy look fabulous.. he was much admired. Lovely touch adding sweeties to the order. 5 star service will definitely use again .
