I got a faulty item and i was extremely frustrated. And when i contacted customer support (Mark) i was so amazed with the professionalism and quality of his approach. He sorted out everything for me on the spot and made me even more loyal to the store! I think its one of my favorites if not my favorite store to get items for my child. Thank you for solving the issue and showing such a high level of professionalism.

Good afternoon,I just received my exchanged items. They are just on time and right size. I took this chance to give the aramex delivery man my returning items. I have handed him the two items with return number that was sent to me earlier. And a tracking number will be issued very soon. Thank you very much for ur quick responses and great follow up. Childrensalon is the best shopping site I have came accross so far! Variety of brand, product details and descriptions, and not to mention the speed of delivery to even Macau! Normally it takes me weeks to get my items, but it took me 4 days only to receive my items, from the day I ordered. Love the packing, the website and of course the items I ordered. I already have my list to order for my second batch. Thank you Children Salon!

It was like Christmas in our house when your package arrived. I really appreciated the beautiful packaging, all the relevant paper work was in a big envelope and included was a bag of sweets which my daughter loved. The shoes were exquisite and fantastic quality. This was the first time I have ordered from you but it won't be the last, if it was possible I would have given you 10/10. Delivery was very quick.

This was my first time ordering from you and I was astonished at how quickly my order arrived from England. I noticed all the details big and small - how quickly my item was shipped, the excellent tracking information, the big envelope containing my purchase documents, the cute little pack of candy. I especially want to thank you for your excellent website with large, clear, detailed photos of the dress, which are so important when you cannot see the item in person before purchasing. There were no surprises, as the color and details of the dress were exactly as shown. Very impressed with your selection too. Thank you for making this such a wonderful shopping experience.
