Hello, Im hugely dissapointed. I just received the goods i ordered. The box was broken (clear panel not stuck to the box), the hat inside was folded incorrectly. The sun hat that should have been in a gift box according to my order, was in a ripped celephane bag and the 'armani'label is hanging off where it should be stitched to the hat. Im sorry to say I will be returning them.

I am delighted with my purchases which arrived 24 hours after I ordered them and I only paid for standard delivery. I was amazed at the lovely packaging (and the little packs of Haribos). The two coats I ordered for my grandchildren are gorgeous. The quality, price and service I have received from you is the best customer service I have received. I will certainly be ordering more clothes for my grandchildren.

I’m sending this email to thank you for the extremely wonderful customer service I have experienced on my first order!
I ordered two Oilily items, and one was too small, so I exchanged it for the next size up via your exchange procedure.
I must say, the time it took to receive my return and then send me out my exchange was rapid!
I can’t believe how fast it was to receive my exchange!
Also, the little packet of sweeties for my child is so delightful! Such a lovely gesture!
Thank you for such wonderful service in such hard times, it has made my day to receive my child’s exchange.

First the order just went very smoothly and paid for it the app is wonderfull easy to search and dive and filter
I was happy then after that the delivery was so fast which made me extra happy

Absolutely super service! I ordered a beautiful Joules coat in the Christmas Sale, it was dispatched virtually straight and delivered in super quick time. It was packaged beautifully and presented with care. The coat was stunning but we have had the same coat each year so we knew what to expect. I would definitely buy again!
