Girls White Cotton Blouse

A lovely white blouse for girls by Phi Clothing, made in soft lightweight cotton. It has patterned stripes woven into the fabric and the ruffle trim is edged in exquisite ivory lace. There are mother-of-pearl button fastenings on the back.
