Girls Blue & White Lace Skort

Girls light blue lace-trimmed skort by Phi Clothing. Made in soft Oxford cotton, there are multi-layers, with a white lace trim and a big bow on the front. The waistband is elasticated and adjustable and there are attached 'shorts' underneath.
