Special occasion dress for girls by Italian designer Monnalisa, with a blue toile de juoy floral pattern on a white background. Made in soft tulle, it has pretty ruffled sleeves and an Empire line navy blue grosgrain band. The gathered tiered skirt has layers of tulle below for extra volume. It is double-lined in soft cotton for comfort.
