Girls white cotton and tulle dress by Monnalisa. Made in smooth cotton poplin, the fabric has a red hearts print. There is a white tulle overlay and ruffle shoulders in matching tulle. Fully lined in cotton for comfort, there is a layer of stiff petticoat tulle to create volume and shape. The dress fastens on the back with a concealed zip.
