Kindness Retreat | Nature

Following the success of our previous Kindness Retreats, we're back this month from Monday 10th - Saturday 16th May 2021, where we'll be hosting a series of activities - one per day - throughout our six-day event. 
 

The theme of our upcoming Kindness Retreat is 'nature' and its benefits on our mental health. Through our series of activities, we'll be seeking to promote wellness by connecting with nature and learning first-hand how the great outdoors positively impacts our general wellbeing. 

 

 

 

 

Our Kindness Retreat coincides with Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK - championed by the Mental Health Foundation. The charity has been at the heart of promoting prevention by helping people to understand and protect their mental health since 1949. 
 

Join us on Instagram from Monday 10th May to take part in a host of rewarding activities for the body and mind.
