Designed to appear as a top and skirt, the attached jersey-lined skirt and ruffle collar are made in soft, muslin cotton with a romantic blue floral print. The long-sleeved upper half is made in soft and stretchy cotton jersey with blue striped 'straps' over the shoulders, attached onto the elasticated waist with mother-of-pearl decorative buttons on the front and functional buttons on the back.
