Girls Blue Smocked Tartan Dress

Classic navy blue, green and white tartan dress for girls, handmade by traditional French designer Kidiwi. It has beautiful hand smocking across the chest, embroidered in blue and green. Handmade in lightweight cotton twill, it has a white, frilled poplin collar with tartan piping and pretty puffed sleeves. Fully lined, it fastens around the back with buttons and a sash lined in white that ties in a bow.
