Girls blue and white special occasion dress from David Charles. The blue and gold organza brocade bodice has a square neckline and beautiful puffed sleeves decorated with bows. The white skirt has an overlay of soft tulle and an underlayer of made of lightweight satin. A layer of tulle on the lining adds volume to the full, gathered skirt and it fastens with a zip on the back.
