Girls Blue Bow Hairband

A sweet blue hairband for girls by Balloon Chic, covered in navy blue soft cotton jersey. It has a large light blue bow on one side made with soft needlecord, patterned with a blue bow print. It has a navy blue velvet centre with sparkling diamanté 'B' detail.
