Christmas Offers – Terms & Conditions
The following promotions are available for eligible Childrensalon Rewards members during the 2025 Christmas period. Each offer is subject to availability and the specific terms outlined below. Childrensalon reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time without notice.
General Terms
All offers are available exclusively on childrensalon.com, unless stated otherwise. Promotions cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other offers. Eligibility is determined in accordance with the Childrensalon Rewards Programme terms. Childrensalon reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Errors and omissions excepted.
All dates and times stated are in UK time (GMT). Promotions are open to eligible Childrensalon Rewards members aged 18 or over.
All offers are available while promotional stocks last. Childrensalon reserves the right to limit quantities per customer where necessary to ensure fair access to offers.
If a qualifying item is returned, any associated promotional gift or benefit must also be returned or may be deducted from the refund amount.
Offers apply only to qualifying purchases made during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders

Eirene Bear Gift with Purchase
From 3rd November 2025 9am GMT, Rewards customers (excluding rewards customers in Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates) who purchase one of the following Eirene dresses — styles 606891, 606908, or 606893 — will receive a complimentary matching Eirene bear, while stocks last. This offer is limited to one bear per customer. If the qualifying dress is returned, the bear must also be returned in its original condition. The gift cannot be exchanged for another product or for its monetary value.
Double Points on the Christmas Shop
From 00:01 AM (GMT) on 3rd November 2025 until 9th November at 23.59pm (GMT), Childrensalon Rewards Platinum and Gold members will earn double Rewards points on purchases from the Christmas Shop. https://www.childrensalon.com/christmas

This promotion applies only to products within the designated Christmas Shop category and excludes gift cards and products outside this collection. Points will be awarded automatically once the qualifying purchase is completed.
Complimentary Embroidery
Diamond-tier Rewards members can enjoy one complimentary embroidery during the promotional period from November 3rd 9am - December 8th 9am. The offer is automatically applied at checkout and is valid on personalised items from the collection available at childrensalon.com/personalised. It cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other promotion and is subject to stock availability.
Win 4 Tickets to Paddington the Musical
Between 18th November and 2nd December 2025, UK-based Childrensalon Rewards members will have the chance to win 1 x four tickets to Paddington the Musical at the Savoy Theatre, London. The tickets are for the Saturday 20th December 2025 performance. A winner will be chosen at random by a Childrensalon team member. The winner will be notified by 5th December and due to time constraints winners must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Tickets will be emailed to the winner. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be sold, exchanged for cash, or swapped for a different date or experience. By entering, participants consent to the use of their contact details for the purpose of administering the promotion, in accordance with Childrensalon’s Privacy Policy.
Limited Edition Charity Charms - Unicef’s ‘World Children’s Day’Unicef’s ‘World Children’s Day’
Childrensalon is taking part in a fundraising activity for Unicef’s ‘World Children’s Day’. Childrensalon is an independent supporter of UNICEF UK (registered charity no. 1072612 (England and Wales), SC043677 (Scotland)) to raise funds for UNICEF’s work around the world.
Starting on 20 November 2025 Childrensalon UK rewards customers will receive a free bag charm with an order over a total product value of £100, for which Childrensalon will donate £10 to Unicef. Please note that the total order value excludes delivery charges. This offer is valid until stock lasts and is limited to one bag charm per customer.
In case of a return, you are required to return the bag charm when returning the whole order, or if part of the returned order reduces the total order value to below £100.
The bag charm cannot be exchanged for other items, monetary value or gift vouchers.
Childrensalon’s contribution to this fund-raising activity is limited to £2000. The full net amount raised will be given to the UNICEF UK charity as a genuine gift within 3 months of the activity starting.

Complimentary Gift Wrap
Between 1st December 2025 (00:01 AM) and 7th December 2025 (23:59 PM GMT), customers spending £150 or more, excluding any taxes and delivery charges, on childrensalon.com will receive a complimentary gift wrap. To redeem, customers must add gift wrap to the basket and select their preferred wrapping option. This offer is limited to one gift wrap per qualifying order and cannot be exchanged for monetary value
